This Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made between Marinas Herbal of UAE (the “Company,” “we” or “us”) and you. Marinas Herbal Independent Distributors may have their own Internet web sites. It is the sole responsibility of each Independent Distributor to ensure that its web site content is accurate and that it fully complies with all Marinas Herbal rules, policies and procedures, including without limitation, Marinas Herbal’s Rules of Conduct & Distributor Policies, Mail Order and Lead Generation Regulations, and all applicable rules and regulations. MARINAS HERBAL DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED IN ANY WAY TO INDEPENDENT DISTRIBUTOR WEBSITES.
6. MARINAS HERBAL CUSTOMER GUARANTEE
Marinas Herbal guarantees the quality of any product which carries the Marinas Herbal name and certifies that the products manufactured for it meet high standards of freshness and purity for customer use (applicable to Original products only and no copycats). We are confident that our customers will find our products satisfactory in every way. However, if for any reason, a retail customer is not completely satisfied with any Marinas Herbal product purchased from an Marinas Herbal Distributor, the customer may request a refund from the Distributor within (3) days from the date the customer receives the product. This guarantee is limited only by the terms of certain specific warranties attached to or packaged with certain products and does not apply to any product intentionally damaged or misused. This limited guarantee needs to be considered as only a goodwill gesture from Marinas Herbal side, and is not a commitment from our side.
